Fastbuck (called "The Foul city of Fastbuck" in most of the MM books), is a foul place that is run by the councillors headed by the Mayor. Due to the huge spending on the "fact-finding" trips and posh meals, no expense is spared for the hospitals, schools, sewage systems, etc.
